Beans are great. I try to buy the no salt added kind, or I rinse them thoroughly before using. I toss them in salads, pasta dishes. Yum!

Thansk for the shoutout about the virtual walk. I’ll let you know if I have more join. I think many are turned off but the amount of miles. It’s not a race though and not meant to be achieved overnight – just a nice daily dose of moving more. Have a great weekend!

Beans are good and good for you. NB The herb savory, if added to the soaking water, will counteract much of the gas. If you like the flavor, use it in the cooking water.
