It is Friday link time, are you up for a short run? We will visit some good reads along our run…
Chris takes The First Step Out and shares a path along his journey.
Around the corner a fine read at Mamasphere Coming To You Live From My Couch and now… Up The Hill Backwards to Why I hate Class Trips.
Let’s jog over to the food menu. Vered first asks Would You Eat Spicy Chocolate? After a sample of chocolate we are reminded about The Power of Eggs, thanks Blake! Of course we can’t forget about the scrumptuous Lemon-Garlic Chicken with Olives that Zandria put together…yum!
Who is The real winner of the Olympic Games Dr J ? π
Our short jaunt is coming to an end but before you leave please stop by and say hello to Maricris in The Journey Begins .

Love your blog. I just found it today through almostfit. I’m borrowing the omnivore 100 I found there, it mentioned that it was borrowed from you π I figured it was only appropriate to thank you for it as well π – Danielle, http://www.zenfitchick.com

Interesting stuff to read here… thank you.
And thanks for the link love – always appreciated. π
I think a lot of folks are missing the boat on the spicy chocolate….including the company that puts whole peppercorns in a perfectly good bar.
BUT, European (or South American) style hot chocolate with cayenne pepper is actually really good, believe it or not.
thanks for the links Mark π I can see the spicy chocolate…….some people I know swear by putting cocoa in their chili as it cooks!
Very interesting links-Thanks for sharing them!!
