I think a lot of folks are missing the boat on the spicy chocolate….including the company that puts whole peppercorns in a perfectly good bar.
BUT, European (or South American) style hot chocolate with cayenne pepper is actually really good, believe it or not.
thanks for the links Mark 😉 I can see the spicy chocolate…….some people I know swear by putting cocoa in their chili as it cooks!
