Thanks for the great links. Love that quote, so true. We all say “live each day to its fullest” but how many of us really do it?
This is what we ned to remember when we are irritated that we are in the longest line at the grocery store during the holiday season, or our spouse doesn’t do what we ask for th 100th time…let go of what doesn’t really matter, and focus on what does matter – love, joy, smiles, hugs, spending time with those we love, etc…

I saw something similar at some body exhibit where they took slices of real bodies and displayed them to the public. The fat wasn’t the only gross thing…ugh.
