Audrey at Mom Generationsâ„¢ has come up with a creative plan for anyone that is interested in shedding some pounds or maybe just being part of the team. It is called Tweightloss, all individuals participating will be divided into teams..Everyone will email their weights (or just how much weight you lost that week, your choice), each Monday on Tweigh-in Day. “New to exercising? Not sure where to begin? Wondering what kinds of foods are best to eat?” Much support from fellow team members will be available to assist and offer encouragement. I am going to participate and would love for you to take your journey along. Take a look at Audrey’s site for more details Tweightloss.

Thanks for sharing that site, I hadn’t seen it before!
@Juicebox.mom, Thanks you! ๐
Great idea. Lot’s of feedback and group support. How can you lose. Rather how can you not.
@Dr. Hubbard, I agree, goals + support and motivation = results!
Woo HOO! Great idea. I will tune in. Although my weight is ok, always enjoy looking for new ideas to tone up & enjoy healthier eating tips:-)

Thank you for tweeting about this, it’s exactly why I started using Twitter in the first place – for accountability.
Very cool to see others using Twitter for same thing. ๐ (and good to find @AudreyMcClellan on Twitter who is organizing it!)
@JoLynn Braley, I agree, it is a fantastic idea that Audrey has come up with! Thank you!
I’m in too, it’s going to be great!

Go Team Strong! (My team!) I am interested to see if the social aspects of Twitter will translate into real life. I once tried losing weight online with Weight Watchers and failed, but hope this may apply some of the group pressure that is motivating at the gym. And OrganicMania.com (@Organicmania on Twitter, colleague, friend and neighbor) and I are pounding the pavements of our hood … showing the lines between our online and offline and private and professional lives are increasingly blurring.
@juliepower, Go tweightloss! Thanks for your input! ๐
