Thanks for stopping by my blog, I have to admit I am not sure how long that cat stayed there in the Grand Place …I was on my way to a meeting when I saw him and when the meeting was over I didnt go back to the hotel via the Grand Place so who knows .. he/she could still be there all these years later .. anything is possible when it comes to cats!
@Daryl, That is a great picture. Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks for all the tips. Surprised that ITB band issues were not listed either.
@ Rachel, I agree…I thought those IT band issues would be listed.

I have to come back and read all these lists when I’m not having a week where I already have several lists to handle! Thanks for the post!!
@IzzyBeth, Lists and more lists :).

Great lists!
Though I think my favorite part is the “stress reduction kit.” I’ve had days where head-banging really started to seem like a legitimate option.
@Crabby McSlacker, I like that one too!

I love the top 100 books list. As a mom of one-year old, this will come in handy! Thanks for it, and the rest of the lists!

I totally need “Top 10: Ways To Maximize Cardio Workouts” right now – I’m sidelined by an injury and trying to maintain my fitness level on walking and the recumbent boke…no weights. Wish me luck!
—————————–
@WeightingGame, I know those injuries are so frustrating. That’s great that you have found some alternate exercises during your recovery. Keep it going and good luck!

I totally agree with the Reasons Kids Should Exercise list. Daily physical activity makes a world of difference in my daughter’s sleep!

@Mama Zen, Yes, exercise makes a huge difference with my children and their sleep also!

I like lists, too! I especially enjoyed the one for maximizing the cardio workout. I might have been a teensy bit lackadaisical with that lately. ๐ Thanks for the reminder!
@Cammy, Thanks as always for your comments :).

Lists CAN just make a person feel good. Love the book list. I actually have a list of book lists…and thanks for the exercise reminders. I’ve been slacking a bit lately. It’ll be good for my mental health to get back at it.

@Lisa, lists are good for numerous reasons indeed. Thank you for your feedback!

I have list after list all over my desk.
can you help me with those?
M.
@MizFit, A shredder? ๐
Dear Mark,
I like your list on why children should exercise. In my country in Malaysia, lots of children are overweight due to their daily diet and lack of exercise. Most of the times, the parents themselves do not exercise regularly, therefore the benefits of exercising will be able to pass down to their children.
@Rosabel, I read your most recent post on your blog…very nice. Thank you for sharing!

Love lists!! I make a list every morning, just for the satisfaction of crossing things off. Such a sense of accomplishment. (plus, it helps me remember where my time went… :))

Thanks for stopping by. Loving the kids list- we just made an exercise poster game this morning and my girlie loves it. I might steal that link to pass along when I post about the game.
@Hannah, An exercise poster? Hmmm, what a great idea! All links are yours for the taking! ๐

Looking through the comments on this post was interesting. Everyone had their own favorite; no consensus on the number-one pick.
Personally, I related to #7 in the “Top-10 Ways to Maximize Cardio Workouts”: “Switch it up.” I get bored easily on gym equipment.

@Leigh Ann, I like to “switch it up” as well. A variety of low and high impact to keep it interesting.
