Let’s talk about a very important part of any activity or exercise. “Staying hydrated.”
Did you know that more than HALF of your body is made up of water?
Are you aware?
1) Dehydration is when ones body doesn’t have enough water…this can make you feel slow, tired and even sick. Drink water!
2)When exercising in heat or warm weather you should drink more water! Keep a water bottle close by.
3)All fluids will have water but of course your first option should be water or even low-fat milk.
“DRINK WATER!”
