I tend to find various lists interesting and good for referencing. I found some “not so healthy” lists and some “Healthy” lists. A few surprises in both the healthy and unhealthy lists. Anyway you be the judge.

Great lists. I’m a big Souplantation fan, but to keep it healthy, you need to double check the fat content in some of their salad dressings. I usually go no-fat or low-fat…………:)

This is such a fascinating list. I am surprised Chillis is on it so many times.
Big shocker: Kid’s meal mac n cheese is LOADED with calories.
Shama Hyder- The mac and cheese is always a hit with the kids!
My diet leaves a lot to be desired. (and I know this)
I am better at ‘controlling’ my cravings, but I still snack, still eat the bad stuff. I just now have better discipline with my urges, as well as ‘snackin’ on better, more healthy, food.
