What do you know about the tomato? Many say that the tomato might just be one of the healthiest food choices we have. The tomato contains a good source of lycopene, vitamin A and Vitamin C to name a few benefits. The fact that this fruit….yes the tomato is a fruit, is so healthy I might have to start including the tomato into my diet more often.
